If you’re unsure about how to create a media in Infoveave, you can always get assistance by clicking the Need Help button. Upon clicking the button, you’ll be directed to a visual walkthrough on how to create a media.
Select and upload media file Add new media files by clicking New Media and selecting the desired file from your local storage.
Save and preview media file Save your media under the Media Manager to optimize the loading time, facilitate backup, and to scale with the growing Infoboard design requirements.
Search
The Search Bar at the top-right of the screen allows you to quickly locate any media within the platform. Simply enter keywords related to the name of the media or any part of the content you’re searching for.
Card View
When you click on the Card option in the layout filter, the items are displayed in a card-based view, which is the default layout for organizing medias. This layout provides a more visual representation of the medias and folders, making it easier to identify and organize items.
List View
When you click on the List option, the layout changes to a table view, which displays the items and folders in a more detailed, structured format. This layout is ideal for users who prefer seeing data in rows and columns, allowing for quick access to information such as the item name, type, creation date, last update date, and more.
New Folder
To organize your items and medias more efficiently, you can create a new folder. Here’s how to do it
Click the New Folder button, this will open a popup where you can configure your new folder.
In the popup that appears, you’ll be prompted to enter a name for your new folder. Choose a name that helps you identify the folder’s purpose or contents, such as “Reports” or “Financial Data.”
After entering the folder name, click the Save button to create the folder. The new folder will appear under Folders section.
Export Media Manager
The Export Media List feature allows users to download a comprehensive file containing all media assets available in the system.
New Media
When you click on New Media, a popup window appears, prompting users to upload a media file.
The interface allows users to either manually select a file or drag and drop it into the designated area. The system supports various file formats, including AVI, CSV, DOC, DOCX, GIF, JPG, JPEG, JSON, MP4, MKV, PDF, PNG, PPT, PPTX, SVG, TIFF, TXT, VOB, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, and XML. Once a file is uploaded, clicking the “Save” button adds the media to the system, facilitating seamless media management and organization.
