Widget Statistics

Infoveave Widget Statistics feature offers a comprehensive overview on detailed information about user widget activities which includes Name, Created by, Infoboards Count, Total Visits and Infoboard. The feature allows you to apply date range filters to analyze specific periods, selecting start and end dates with granularity options.

Widget Statistics

Widget Statistics tab in Infoveave, gives you a comprehensive view of widget activities and patterns. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to access and interpret the widget statistics.

  1. Once logged in, locate and click on the Widget Statistics tab within the Infoveave interface.After accessing the Widget Statistics section, you’ll be presented with a view that displays widget access frequencies and related data.
  2. Within the Widget Statistics area, you can identify both frequently visited widgets and inactive widgets.
    • The statistics table provides detailed information about user widget activities. This includes Name, Created by, Infoboards Count, Total Visits and Infoboard.
    • A column chart visually represents the number of active widgets over a specific time period. This chart offers a quick overview of widgets engagement trends.
  3. If necessary, take action to manage inactive widgets. You can click on the Edit option associated with the inactive widgets tab Delete inactive widgets from the system.
