Introducing Audit Logs

Audit Log is a feature offered by Infoveave that details all activities or actions that occurred in a tenant. Under Audit Log you can find the statistics on All Audit Logs, Login Statistics, Infoboard Statistic, and Widgets Statistics.

Within this guide, you will find four sections, each focusing on a specific aspect of working with Audit Logs in Infoveave

All Audit Logs

Infoveave All Audit Logs feature offers a comprehensive overview of user statistics, including Module, Action, Date, Username, Entity Name, Item Name, and IP Address providing detailed insights into user activities, enhancing transparency and accountability.

Infoveave Login Statistics tab provides a quick and comprehensive view of user login activities such as login frequencies, distinguish active and inactive users, and gain detailed insights into user behavior, such as Modules, Actions, Dates, Usernames, and IP Addresses.

Infoboard Statistics

Infoveave Infoboard Statistics feature offers a comprehensive overview of user Infoboard activities and engagement patterns on Infoboard activities, including Name, Average Visit, Total Visitor, Total Visits, and Visitor Name.

Infoveave Widget Statistics feature offers a comprehensive overview on detailed information about user widget activities which includes Name, Created by, Infoboards Count, Total Visits and Infoboard. The feature allows you to apply date range filters to analyze specific periods, selecting start and end dates with granularity options.
