Edit description You can either manually edit the description of a report or generate automatically using AI for streamlined content creation.

Reports Documentation Documentation provides comprehensive information about an asset, enabling users to understand its purpose, structure, and functionality. It serves as a reference to ensure clarity and effective utilization of the asset.

Reports Edit documentation After clicking the New documentation button, you can compose your documentation in the provided editor. Once completed, click the Save icon to store the documentation.

Report Information

report information The Report Information section offers a detailed overview of the reports associated with the report. This section includes the following key details:

Datasources Lists the datasources that have been used to generate the specific report.

Type Specifies the file format of the report, such as xlsx (Excel), allowing users to understand the type of document and how it can be accessed or utilized.

Documents

These documents provide context and enrich the AI’s understanding, helping it generate better descriptions. This is particularly useful for data that requires detailed, nuanced explanations.

Ask AI

Ask AI enables users to get instant answers to any questions related to a specific asset, providing quick and context-aware insights to enhance understanding and decision-making. It makes use of available documentation to respond to queries. If a document is uploaded in the Documents section, it is automatically made available in the Ask AI chat, allowing the assistant to reference it while generating responses.
