Users have the ability to edit the description manually or use the AI feature to generate a more detailed description based on the provided information. This AI-assisted feature analyzes the existing data to create a more comprehensive and relevant description.

Reports Edit documentation In the Documentation section of the report, you can edit the existing information to keep it updated or enrich it with additional context. This functionality allows users to refine and modify the descriptions of each report, providing a clearer understanding of the data’s purpose, structure, and usage.

Report Information

report information The Report Information section offers a detailed overview of the reports associated with the Business Insights. This section includes the following key details:

  • Datasources Lists the data sources that have been used to generate the specific report, such as “Banking KPIs.”
  • Type Specifies the file format of the report, such as xlsx (Excel), allowing users to understand the type of document and how it can be accessed or utilized.

The Report Information section ensures transparency, helping users to easily identify the data and file format linked to each report. It facilitates seamless navigation and ensures that reports are accurately aligned with the underlying data sources, enabling users to make informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, related items like Infoboards are included, offering a broader context for further exploration and analysis.
