Infoboard Overview

Edit Infoboard status Click the pencil icon next to a infoboard name to select whether the infoboard is verified or not verified.

Categorize Infoboards Assign specific domains, tiers, tags, and glossary terms to help organize and classify the Infoboards.

Manage sharing status View whether a infoboard is shared or not shared to manage access permissions.

Track Infoboard updates View information such as created by and updated by, along with the respective dates for transparency and version tracking.

Edit description You can either manually edit the description of a infoboard or generate automatically using AI for streamlined content creation.

Documentation

Documentation Documentation provides comprehensive information about an asset, enabling users to understand its purpose, structure, and functionality. It serves as a reference to ensure clarity and effective utilization of the asset.

Infoboard Edit documentation After clicking the New documentation button, you can compose your documentation in the provided editor. Once completed, click the Save icon to store the documentation.

Widgets

Infoboard Widgets In the Infoboards section, widgets serve as essential visual elements that help present and organize data in a structured way. Each widget is associated with a specific datasource and can be customized to display various types of data in different formats. Here’s a breakdown of the key aspects of widgets

Widget name Identifies the specific widget being used.

Widget type Specifies the format or design of the widget (e.g., Image, Bar, TreeMap, Shape).

Source Links the widget to its datasource, such as Loan Data or other relevant datasets.

Measures Describes the quantitative data being displayed, like Number of Loans or Loan Amount.

Dimensions Lists the key dimensions or categories by which the data is segmented, such as Branch, Product, Loan Status, and State.

Each widget in the Infoboard is tailored to provide insights based on its respective data and helps visualize key metrics and KPIs in a meaningful manner. The configuration of each widget can include elements like charts, maps, and filters, ensuring users have a flexible and comprehensive view of the data.

Infoboard Sources

In the Sources section of the Infoboard, the system displays the various datasources linked to each Infoboard. When a user selects a datasource, detailed information about that source is shown. This includes

Description A brief overview or additional context regarding the datasource.

Table Information Detailed metadata for the datasource, including the column names and their respective types.

Linked Widgets Information about how many widgets are linked to the datasource, which indicates how the data is being used within the Infoboard for reporting or visualization purposes.

This functionality provides users with a clear understanding of the structure and properties of the data, making it easier to ensure accurate reporting and streamline data integration within the system.

Documents

infoboarddocuments In the Documents section, users can upload relevant files that assist in creating a more accurate description of the infoboard using AI. These documents provide context and enrich the AI’s understanding, helping it generate better descriptions. This is particularly useful for data that requires detailed, nuanced explanations.

Ask AI

Ask AI enables users to get instant answers to any questions related to a specific asset, providing quick and context-aware insights to enhance understanding and decision-making. It makes use of available documentation to respond to queries. If a document is uploaded in the Documents section, it is automatically made available in the Ask AI chat, allowing the assistant to reference it while generating responses.
