Infoveave FunctionsDefinition:
- The LASTNONBLANK function in Infoveave is used to retrieve the last non-blank (non-empty) value within a specified dataset or column indicated by the <Reference> argument.
Return Value:
- The return value of the LASTNONBLANK function is the last non-blank value encountered within the dataset or column specified by the <Reference> argument.
Remark:
- The LASTNONBLANK function is useful for situations where you need to quickly identify and extract the last piece of meaningful data from a list or dataset.
Syntax:
LASTNONBLANK(<Reference>)
Note
LASTNONBLANK function in Board Expression:
- Write the LASTNONBLANK function. For instance:
LASTNONBLANK (<Reference>)
- Replace
<Reference>with'Widget Name'[Measure] - Replace Widget Name with the actual name of your widget and Measure with the corresponding measure name.
- Set the condition with the LASTNONBLANK function based on the scenario. For instance, you can set the count entries that meet a certain criteria, as the condition.
- Expressions help you add visual effects to your dashboard through widget-specific conditions. It is important to note that the Expressions are not meant to manage or modify data.
