New Features

Multi-Source Option

*You can now access and integrate data directly from API Datasource along with the other Infoboard source options such as Infoveave Datasource, Query Source and Raw Data. The feature allows you to combine and analyze multiple set of data more efficiently for better insights. Data Source Types

Data Governance

  • Infoveave introduces Data Governance with option to define domains, tiers, and tags within Infoveave’s Administration module. This new feature aim to streamline data management and improve data organization.
    • Domains: Domains provide a logical grouping of related datasets, allowing for better organization and ease of access.
    • Tiers: Tiers allows users to assign different tiers to datasets, facilitating better resource allocation and data prioritization.
    • Tags: Infoveave now supports the use of Tags to label and categorize datasets within the Control Center.

Retention Settings

  • Infoveave gets the new Retention Settings feature, designed to optimize data management and data flow.
    • Type Selection: Choose from a variety of data types including Application Logs, Connection Logs, and Workflow Instance Data.
    • Retention Days Configuration: Set the number of days to retain data, aligning with your organization’s data retention policies and compliance requirements.
    • Clean Up Now Functionality: Specify the date for immediate cleanup, enabling proactive data maintenance and resource optimization.

Quick Start Feature

  • In this release, we are introducing the Quick Start feature to all new users. The Quick Start feature helps new users easily access templates and quickly create Infoboards by linking their data. The key features include
    • Template Library: The Quick Start page provides access to a library of templates grouped by functionalities. These templates serve as starting points for users to create customized Infoboards.
    • Infoboard Creation Guide: To assist users in creating their first Infoboard, the Quick Start feature includes a step-by-step guide. This guides users through the steps for effective Infoboards.

Common Dimension

  • Infoveave now supports a new feature called Common Dimensions for Infoboard filters. It allows you to apply filters across the board over multiple Infoboard sources with a common column. With Common Dimensions, you can ensure consistency in filtering across multiple Infoboard sources that share a common column. You can call for this common dimension filters using the checkbox or drop-down filters, simplifying the filtering process and saving time.

Workflow Execution Status

  • Stay informed about workflow progress directly within the Gantt chart interface. Monitor the execution status of activities in real-time, facilitating proactive decision-making and efficient project management. Track activity statuses at a glance with color-coded indicators: Green signifies success, while Blue denotes ongoing activities.

PDF Extract Activities

  • PDF Extract Activities now offers a preview feature for both versions of extracted content. This allows users to verify extracted data before finalizing the extraction process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Grid Infoboards Customization

  • Grid-based boards now support background colors and images, enhancing customization options. You can set background colors or choose images to personalize your Infoboards, making them visually appealing.

Bug Fixes

  • You can now utilize Bi-Variate and Multi Variate subviews without encountering any issues.
  • Resolved an issue allowing duplicate column names when adding a column in the Datasource manage template.
  • Previously selected sources are now visible in Infoboards, addressing a display issue while maintaining measures and dimensions visibility.
  • Changes made to color palettes are now properly reflected in widgets, resolving an inconsistency issue.
  • Fixed an issue on adding TSV data to raw Datasource resulted in breaking, ensuring correct data handling.
  • Resolved a screen-breaking issue when attempting to upload data with a DataSource name starting with “#”.
