Infoveave provides the opportunity for you to set up public folders to organize for your assets within the Infoveave modules for public viewing. Create public folders and organize your Infoboards, reports, queries, and other materials for easy understanding.
2. Add Public Folder
Steps to Create Public Folder
- To add a public folder in Infoveave, click on Studio Folders.
- All media files created by you will be displayed under the tabs Folders.
- To add a new Public Folder, click on New Folder.
- Name the new folder.
- Click on Save to add the Public Folder to Infoveave.
3. Edit Public Folder Name
Edit the Public Folder name to ensure that they reflect and meets your evolving requirements.
To modify a Public Folder name in Infoveave, follow these steps:
- Find the specific Public Folder that you want to edit.
- Click on the Edit icon associated with the Public Folder.
- After making the necessary modifications, click on the Save button to save your edit.
4. Delete Public Folder
To delete a Public Folder in Infoveave, follow these simple steps:
- Find the Public Folder you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete icon.
- Type the specified text from the warning message in the provided text field.
- Alternatively, you can copy the text from the icon and paste it in the text field.
- Once you have entered the correct text, click on Delete.
- Please be cautious when deleting a media file, as it cannot be recovered once deleted.
