Accessing Queries, Bugs and New Feature Request
Current users are urged to read the sections below on Raising Questions, Reporting Bugs , and requesting New Features directly from Infoveave.
- To access the feature click on Report a Bub / Request Feature icon on the bottom right corner of your Infoveave.
- Use the radio button to select between Ask a Question, Suggest a New Feature or Report Bug.
- Add detailed description based on your choice in the body or attach a detailing report with images.
- Click on Submit to send the request.
The only acceptable file types for attachments are .pdf, .png, and .jpg.

For assistance with Infoveave Analytics Studio, NGauge Chatbot, Infoveave Mobile App, or Infoveave MS-Office Add In, email us at support@infoveave.com.
Infoveave will review all requests, respond to it, and issue feedback.
