Apply Dimension Filters

You can apply dimension filters to an Infoboard by selecting the dimensions you would like to filter. You may apply multiple such filters to an Infoboard. The applied filters are know to influence those widgets with the datasource having the same dimension.

You can create widgets with pre-set filters, in such cases, the Infoboard filters will not override the widget filters. The filters set on the widget will always take precedence.

Instructions to add  dimension filters to Infoboard.

  1. Click on the Apply Filter .
  1. Choose the dimension filter you like to apply to the Infoboard.
  1. Click on Go  to refresh the Infoboard. You see the applied filters reflected on the Infoboard.

You may change these options at any time over the following the steps StudioInfoboardsEdit Infoboard

  • While creating a new Infoboard configure the filters that you want to appear on the Insights toolbar.
  • If you choose no filters, then the  icon will not appear on the Infoboard toolbar
