A Custom Calendar is a unique feature of Infoveave allow users to define their custom calendar. Infoveave offers two ways to distribute a custom calendar as weeks or months.

1. Overview

A Custom Calendar is a unique feature of Infoveave that allows you to define custom calendars.

This allows you to define separate timelines, a Financial Calendar, or an Annual Calendar with custom quarters (as opposed to the standard Gregorian calendar), over which all the aggregations, filtering and visualizations are calculated.  Calendars can be customized at a weekly or monthly level.

2. Create Custom Calendar

Steps to Custom Holiday Calendar

  1. To add a Custom Calendar in Infoveave, click on Administration Custom Calendar.
    • All Custom Calendar created by you will be displayed under the tabs Custom Calendar.

  1. To add a new Custom Calendar, click on New Custom Calendar, and the dialog box appears.
  2. Fill out the necessary details for the new Custom calendar:
    • Name: Provide a unique and descriptive name for the custom calendar.
    • Year: Specify the year for which you are creating the calendar.
    • Start Date: Enter the start date of the custom calendar.
    • End Date: Enter the end date of the custom calendar.
  3. Configure the custom calendar either on a Week Wise or Month Wise basis.
    • Select the appropriate option based on how you want the calendar to be structured.
  4. Click on Continue to add the Custom Calendar to Infoveave.

  1. You will be redirected to configure the Custom Calendar.
  2. If you opt for Week Wise, the custom calendar will be split into weeks.
  3. If you opt for Month Wise, the custom calendar will be split into months.
  4. Depending on your needs, you can make the following adjustments to your custom calendar:
    • Year: Change the year name associated with the custom calendar.
    • Start Date: Adjust the starting date of the custom calendar.
    • End Date: Modify the ending date of the custom calendar.
    • Update the Month/Week, Month/Week Name, Quarter, and Quarter Name fields to reflect the naming conventions you prefer.
  5. Click Save to save your preferences.

3. Edit Custom Calendar

Edit Custom Calendar to ensure that they reflect and meets your evolving requirements.

To modify a Custom Calendar in Infoveave, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the specific Custom Calendar that you want to edit.
  2. Click on the Edit icon associated with the Custom Calendar.
  3. You get option to edit the Custom Calendar or add New Year to the same Custom Calendar.
  4. To add New Year to the Custom Calendar, click on New Year.
  5. Depending on your needs, you can make the following adjustments to your custom calendar:
    • Year: Add the year associated with the new custom calendar.
    • Start Date: Adjust the starting date of the custom calendar.
    • End Date: Modify the ending date of the custom calendar.
    • Configure the custom calendar either on a Week Wise or Month Wise basis.
  6. Click on the Save button to save your edit.

4. Delete Custom Calendar

To delete a Custom Calendar in Infoveave, follow these simple steps:

  1. Find the Custom Calendar you want to delete.
  2. Click on the Delete icon.
  3. Type the specified text from the warning message in the provided text field.
  4. Alternatively, you can copy the text from the icon and paste it in the text field.
  5. Once you have entered the correct text, click on Delete.
