Audit Logs

Audit Log is a feature offered by Infoveave that details all activities or actions that occurred in a tenant. Under Audit Log you can find the statistics on All Audit Logs, Login Statistics, Infoboard Statistic, and Widgets Statistics.

Audit Log is a feature offered by Infoveave that details all activities or actions that occurred in a tenant.

Under Audit Log you can find the statistics on All Audit Logs, Login Statistics, Infoboard Statistic, and Widgets Statistics. 

2. Access Audit Logs

Steps to Access Audit Logs

  1. To access your audit logs in Infoveave, click on Administration Audit Logs.
    • Audit Logs by default will take you to the All Audit Logs section.

Key Columns and Descriptions:

  1. Module: This column indicates the specific module or section of Infoveave where the user was active.
  2. Action: The Action column defines the particular action or operation performed by the user within the module.
  3. Date: This column displays the date and time when the user accessed the module and performed the action.
  4. Username: Shows the username of the user who carried out the activity.
  5. Entity Name: Indicates the entity, often represented as a role or user group, associated with the action.
  6. Item Name: Identifies the specific item or element within the module that the user interacted with.
  7. IP Address: Provides the IP address of the device or system from which the user initiated the action.

3. All Audit Logs

All Audit Log will get you the overall user statistics on the Module, Action, modules Date, Username, Entity Name, Item Name and IP Address.

All Audit Logs will let you apply date range filter on the audit logs. Here are the steps to apply date range filter on All Audit Logs. 

  1. Within the All-Audit Logs section, look for the Date Range to filter audit logs based on specific dates.
  2. Click on the Date Range option. A calendar or date picker interface will appear to allow you to choose your desired start and end dates for the filter.
  3. Choose the date granularity from Years, Quarters, Months, Weeks, or Days.
  4. Click on the Start Date in the calendar interface to mark the beginning of the desired date range.
  5. Click on the End Date in the calendar interface to mark the end of the desired date range.
    • If you are selecting a single date, Select the start time and time end for granular details on Audit Logs (if required).
  6. Click on Go  button to apply the date range.

4. Login Statistics

Login Statistics tab in Infoveave, gives you a comprehensive view of user login activities and patterns. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to access and interpret the login statistics.
  1. Once logged in, locate and click on the Login Statistics tab within the Infoveave interface.
    • After accessing the Login Statistics section, you’ll be presented with a view that displays login frequencies and related data.
  2. Within the Login Statistics area, you can identify both active users (those who have recently logged in) and inactive users (those who haven’t logged in recently).
    • The active user statistics table provides detailed information about user activities. This includes Modules, Actions, Dates, Usernames, and IP Addresses.
    • A column chart visually represents the number of active users over a specific time period. This chart offers a quick overview of user engagement trends.
    • Examine the login statistics to gain insights into user behavior, engagement patterns, and system usage. This information can help you identify busy periods, preferred modules, and potential areas for improvement.
  3. If necessary, take action to manage inactive users. You can click on the Edit option associated with the inactive user tab Delete inactive users from the system.
  4. Apply Date Range Filter on the Audit Logs for granular details (if required).
  5. Click on Go  button to apply the date range.

5. Infoboard Statistics

Infoboard Statistics tab in Infoveave, gives you a comprehensive view of user Infoboard activities and patterns. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to access and interpret the Infoboard statistics.
  1. Once logged in, locate and click on the Infoboard Statistics tab within the Infoveave interface.
    • After accessing the Infoboard Statistics section, you’ll be presented with a view that displays Infoboard access frequencies and related data.
  2. Within the Infoboard Statistics area, you can identify both frequently visited Infoboards and inactive Infoboards.
    • The statistics table provides detailed information about user Infoboard activities. This includes Name, Average Visit, Total Visitor, Total Visits and Visitor Name
    • A column chart visually represents the number of active Infoboard over a specific time period. This chart offers a quick overview of Infoboard engagement trends.
  3. If necessary, take action to manage inactive Infoboards. You can click on the Edit option associated with the inactive Infoboards tab Delete inactive Infoboards from the system.
  4. Apply Date Range Filter on the Infoboard Statistics for granular details (if required).
  5. Click onGo  button to apply the date range.

6. Widget Statistics

Widget Statistics tab in Infoveave, gives you a comprehensive view of widget activities and patterns. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to access and interpret the widget statistics.

  1. Once logged in, locate and click on the Widget Statistics tab within the Infoveave interface.
    • After accessing the Widget Statistics section, you’ll be presented with a view that displays widget access frequencies and related data.
  2. Within the Widget Statistics area, you can identify both frequently visited widgets and inactive widgets.
    • The statistics table provides detailed information about user widget activities. This includes Name, Created by, Infoboards Count, Total Visits and Infoboard.
    • A column chart visually represents the number of active widgets over a specific time period. This chart offers a quick overview of widgets engagement trends.
  3. If necessary, take action to manage inactive widgets. You can click on the Edit option associated with the inactive widgets tab Delete inactive widgets from the system.
